Rev℠ is Apollo Group’s healthy living revolution. Its mission is to provide inspirational resources and programs to empower every member of the Apollo Group community to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being. In short, Rev is about the way we live, the choices we make and the opportunities that present themselves everyday. Rev offers Apollo Group employees the following:

Healthy, Community-building Activities: Our volunteer Revelers (250+ company-wide) coordinate lunchtime walks, healthy potlucks and even meditation sessions.

Motivation to Get Healthier Than Ever: Rev offers events like farmers markets, health coaching, quit-smoking challenges and ‘Revinars’ on everything from curbing cravings to time management.

Food for Thought: The Rev Café and the Rev Bistro are loaded with delicious, healthy breakfast and lunch options, made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. And vending machines company-wide are stocked with healthy treats.

Support—Online and In-person: Through the Rev Network, employees can create their own profiles and build a buddy system of support. There, users can join a running group, meet up with other expectant parents, find support for quitting smoking and more. Employees are also invited to read articles, watch videos and participate in ‘Revinars’ on topics like weight management, exercise, life balance and healthy pregnancy. They can also discover benefits like personal health coaching, discounts on gym memberships as well as loads of other health and wellness services.
